Today is a sad day for me..

morning went to changi hospital to see my leg.. Was hopeful that my leg got recover.. Than doctor tell me that gt recover.. But is Veri LITTLE i was sad after hearing it..

Than went back to school for lunch than go one period till around 3.30pm when for track training..

Than i was sad is like this is the last training with mr nadzi and the rest of the team is like veri hard to let it go.. Than after training we go shower and after that eat with all of them.. Than i was quiet cause i was upset don't koe wat say.. Is like everything happen so fast that everything is the last time we do.. And after than we talk and joke around ..

After everything finish i took a cab with andrew & mr nadzi.. Than After mr nadzi went down i andrew was sad i was sad till i had tears come out from my eyes.. I koe he was sad but he also like ask me don't so sad we still can contact him.. Than i say yea.. But There something missing but i don't koe wat it is which make me upset..

First Mr Nadzi i wan say i treat U like my veri good Frenz and good Teacher good Brother.. everything i will ask U for help and i will tell U abt my upset .. i really wan thank U for everything .. I really hope U will stay .. But U really can't i koe .. wish U all the best..
I will remember u and ur words always.. hope to keep in contact with U.. Hope u will not forget me.

This few day normal nothing special..

Yesterday go for big walk lor sian wow tired sia .. walk 5km need 3hrs to walk .. finish lei than i jun yew, Marmie shuqi and junxiang go sim lim eat lor.. than i go buy ear phone .. wow cost $30 than go home eat lor.. reach home around 4plus in the afternoon.. than use computer.. Than eat at home..

Today also go learn driving lor .. wake up 11am wow very late cause i tired sian lor. Than early wan go out eat but than mother cook lor.. Than after that listen to song.. Than after that go learn driving.. Than today starting quite happy cause i not bad.. But behind not quite happy cause bad lor.. But hope to correct my mistake..

This few nth much eye pain help my favourite teacher mr nadzi... lol

Today finally reach my event 3000m than andrew get gold medal.. my track team he first although i wan to get a medal but i am happy for him .. and kah fai get one third and fourth also nt bad .. Than finally my race reach .. Than while running my leg starting to work again WTF.. but still continue to run without caring my leg but ran finish.. than i collapse cause of the pain and not enough oxygen.. But i am angry of myself WHY get injure during the last minute.. But nvm i know i try my best and i wanting to try to get into the ivp for this last year .. but with my leg can i still go into it?

THANKS Mr nadzi, Ms Kristy and not forget the whole track & field girls and boy Teams & the rest u know who u are THANKS i will not forget U all i promise ...

Mr nadzi i wan specially thank u for every thing for wat u tell me and train me for .. THX U veri much although u everytime say me i know u joking ..

Yesterday morning go learn driving prac.. start at 8.30am than went to drive than today ok la still not bad haha and i ws starting to enjoy it haha.. lol

finish around 10.10am than go home happy cause i was enjoying haha. but still scare..

than after go out find john .. than buy one shirt wow $79 lol

than today nvr go sch cause....

yesterday when for driving prac i was happy cause i don't even koe that i can went so far .. but i was still little bit scare... haha than my uncle fetch me home than reach home around 7pm.. than bath than use computer till around 7.30pm than eat dinner.. than play dota awhile than i sleep lei veri tired nt feeling well

Today wake up at 9pm than use computer than later going to eat lunch with jerry .. than don't wan go out cause nt feeling well..

than tml still got go for prac lesson again haha

Yesterday went to school early cause i maybe gt run or help up for the 10km run for the itesc but i think wan run than at last also nvr run my teacher ask me to rest haha not to injured my leg.. than went back to class lor at 10am..

than after finish go find mr nadzi than he say got training but ask me just do light one to recover my injured..

than after that go home mr nadzi fetch haha.. but anw thanks than i help him bring back his things..

than reach home bath than eat.. around 9pm i go sleep lei VERY TIRED..

Today go sch than after finish school when to naval base .. give result than the madm say my hair long than say must wait see short than can give back than i go back lor... just reach home going out again for my prac lesson.. will reach home around 7pm..

today wake up morning sit my uncle car go book my car lesson and my final theory reach there around 8am than just nice the office .. than after that i go to school wan take taxi must wait like don't koe hw long lor than i go take bus lor .. reach school around 9.30am..

than do finish work lei teacher release us early .. Than we go cafe one eat lor.. than i eat quite alot my classmate say i small size eat so many lor..

after school meet kai fai and john talk lor wait for track and field training lor .. than mr nadzi come down meet us ..

than finally reach training time lei.. than i go warm up than i wan try the high jump than i can max reach is 155cm i think so .. but i thinkl first time is quite good lei.. than after than i run the 4*400m than after that we go shower but after than i see my leg the thing is like veri swollen lor wow i was shock.. lol haha

than after that we go eat

than i reach home also eat haha i wan become pig lei

Today wake up early around 9am haha.. than think later going to practical lesson.. Than think later going to go out to the road drive than scare hehe.. than parent go out than buy thing for me to eat haha. Than around 1 plus went out reach the place around 2.25pm than wait awhile for the car to warm up..

than after the first lesson i feel happy cause i can drive not bad

but the second lesson i did not well and i go to the main road to drive cause of my nervous and scare than i drive not so gd

reach home around 7pm

haha today wake up early around go for my physiotherapy reach there on time. than the thing last for around 2hour plus than reach school around 12pm already like finish lesson already. School finish early than go give mr nadzi my letter. Than go find my classmate a while than go home prepare to go for my basic theory test at 3.15pm than i reach around 2.30pm than go drink and wait for awhile final reach the time lei.

than at last also i finsh my result was

PASSED

i was so happy haha after that i go take my PDL . After that go home reach home around 5.30pm than use computer than eat dinner ..

later play dota with my classmate haha

Today go sch late for sch .. than i junyew and li ming stuck in the bus-stop lor sian than after than we mangage to reach to the bus interchange but still late for school sian.. lol

today go to Changi General Hospital to see a specialist doctor for my leg than came to find out that my bone no problem but is the so call the muscle is giving me problem and he say this is the first time he came across this type of matter.. than i think wat the hell wow .. than need to go for the physiotherapy .. than if still not ok must go for the shock wave therapy sian lor

than today went to east point to eat when breaktime cause today wow cafe 1 so many ppl than go out with classmate eat long john silver

reach home around 8.30pm

firstly today first day went back to school look happy cause can see frenz again lei..
but today like nothing much lor just normal..
than first day nth much to do than we all joking around haha ..
than after go find mr nadzi when break time than after that make appointment for me for a specialist doctor to do with sports. than going to see a doctor tml .

very sian already 1 month lei leg still like that lor wow so sad wonder wat happen to my leg

today is my first day for drive lesson starting go very nervous.. than he explain wat the use .. ok than i go the round and round drive starting quite confused la but after awhile ok lei but it fun u koe haha so i finish quite early la 2.20pm he let me go lei lor haha..

BORING !!! NO SPORTS FOR ME FOR 14DAYS... yesterday go see doctor say i cannot do any of them..

today when to school than also for the track 1 day training haha but i cannot run so i help be teacher helper haha... than after than one of the teacher say wat my injure so small but is the inner bone which is giving me problem wow sian lor ... hope to recover soon tml wan find something to do lei sian this few week every day eat fast food time till too sore throat
.. now wan wait for my leg to recover asap lei

yesterday go for the mikrun with yi chao, victor, alvin and yong sheng at tiong baru there we reach around 1pm cause we though is 1pm start but it start at 4pm
but the race start at 4pm waited for very long finally start lei
than we just walk cause my leg so i never run
reach home around
