Today morning when to MO (Medical Centre) Cause i been in pain at my lower back and it been like 3 days than really can't take it than i go see.. Than MO Give me 1week excuse carry heavy load. Than must eat the pain killer to make it less painful.

But at the afternoon, although my chief know that but i don't understand why he still ask me to carry heavy load.. Than Evening i was helping out carry thing and achor cable and it so heavy but i kept quiet never say anything and still do although i quite painful, but i endure it

Today came back quite early like 8pm but still tired.. me going to slp soon

Today just came back cause was going sailing. than was secure at around 9pm it dam late no choice OJT ma. I will still hold on and not give up all the tough work. & will not give up easily

IT been 3 day i slept for 6 hrs really veri tired i like wanna .... HAI

Really dam sian when they ask me go back study and i don't even have time to study example when sailing, than not enough sleep than go back must rest right? But will they understand this ma if i tell them ?

Sian also no mood to eat for few day .. Waiting to pass out OJT 5week more

today Just came back from sailing..

Really very tired i sleep only 4 hours work for 20 hours

But i did not say anything cause i even nvr eat breakfast and drink water also i did not even dare to ask cause OJT ma i think we must work more.. so i gt to think positive ..

Now i just only manage to rest awhile cause reach home around 3pm and tml going back on 1430h yawn really tired..

I going to rest awhile more le wait and later maybe go eat dinner or see hw no mood to eat dinner.

Now headache and 1st time sail my head now keep shaking like i was on the ship..

Today i injure myself cause i wan help other embarked the ration than after i help the three time i go up the gangway than come down i fell down injure my right knee cap again and is quite pain in the inner and is bleeding. but i still wan help other .. really this time must go see le now walk also pain but i still endure, hai =( but today although do lot of thing but quite happy i learn alot of thing

But got gastric pain and like veri weak think cause i not yet eaten, but i just eaten finish but still quite weak.. Tml gt to report at 7.30am

Hai so late le still blog ..

Just talk to johnny he told me OJT veri stress say the life sux

But no choice i need to have a taste of the life cause it my ricebowl die also must Endure

Hai today go play basketball.. cause so long nvr play just go play alwhile, but in the end i run less

But my right leg already unless le i know myself. everytime i at camp need to wear kneeguard and ankle guard with long pant some more so hot no choice. but if wear PT i will not wear just make sure and tell other i am alright.

Although i everytime tell other must take care but i nvr..

This few day i been skipping breakfast and lunch and eat dinner quite later..

3week time going to hospital for review and 1 month than can see my leg ..

Dec 17 will play for tracom squash again cause they need player again no choice so i will not report sick for my leg just to help them play..

and last i am trying to overcome my fear and nightmare since young i hope u can help me overcome my fear..

Today last day of the week staying out ..

And Next week going for OJT already. So going to prepare for it.. me going to sleep already cause i'am very tired. Study the whole day somemore this thursday have my last exam but we just learn 4 day..

Just finish my dinner. Cause just now i when to see my knee And I KNOW MYSELF IT GETTING WORST each day it passed. But i going to keep it to myself and try not tell anyone and let other to worry. I going to OJT with a not fully recover leg and have nose bleeding every now and than.. But nvm i going to work hard and i hope to help other and hope i can be in use to the ship that i am going into..

Early on for tml i got navy track meet and i am going to run 4x400 cause i did meet the time trail although i was running with a pain leg which i did not say it out. And my time was 1.01min and was my best time so far for my 400metre.

On monday i go for my ESWT operation cure for my leg.. Though early is painful but after going through u it was like ok lo. Is like 2000 electric bolt pass my leg the ESWT last for around 15 min.. Tml going again for my treatment hope will do fine..

3 day already still having fever, sore throat, flu, cough and vomit already been in camp like suffer for 3 days already very unwell

never eat breakfast, lunch and dinner for 3 days feeling weak now..no mood to eat

Than yesterday wan already not feeling well but i don wan go see MO cause later ppl say i chao ken so i never go lo..

Today when to medical centre wan get a mc to rest at cabin but he give me light duty.. No choice But i manage to rest a while .. although i am weak i still help on the project .. very tired i going to rest le

Halo back again after a long break which i write during May seasons

Today at camp cause need go for NDP training haha than got to draw rifle at 9.30 haha but i wake up at around 9am is like veri late lei.. =) Than i fall in the but rest of the other also late lor.. sian early fall in late also haha that joking..

After draw rifle we go eat early lunch haha around 10am lol.. cause need to fill our stomach lor than gt strength to march .. Than we board the bus around 11.45 think we also late lor but no choice late lei wat to do..

Than we reach marine bay at around 12.30pm than eat KFC haha than eat lei fall in march in for practice start 2pm last around for 1 hour than go back holding area eat chicken burger than rest
than go for the full dress show at around 6plus till around 8pm than go back holding area than wait for the bus lor.. Haha we going back holding we shout book out lei haha..

wait till quite late than go back camp around 10pm we leave camp ..

reach home around 10plus lor veri late lei...

Me today going back but first let me tell u more about wat i do today..

afternoon i go out with desmond, jack and his gf when out to town.. I am the last to reach although we say 1pm i am late sry abt than bro.. Around 5plus than jack say he bring his gf go take mrt than after that come find us.. ok lor than he say late he come find us .. Than i and desmond go in pull and bear haha i step in lei see one mario shirt veri nice i take it.. Together i bought 2 shirt total...

Wow so long lei nvr write my diary lei.. finally..

Today was a tough day for me morning wake up whole body ache than morning at camp wow so happy sia can wake up later a bit.. Than after that we go eat breakfast , Than after that we go for NDP Training at nee soon camp .. =)

We were training under the hot sun and me and me navy mate all are willing to take the pain and carry on training without complaining.. haha Than my ISM say something which make me and my fellow mate happy say we performe quite well and he pround of us after this word it keep us alive and burning bright haha...

Just came back and soon to rest up my body haha and
my IPPT get gold haha 200 dollar extra for me haha hehe..

Wow finally already to become a private i POP lei.. !!!!

so happy to pass out

BUT ,

before the pass out 2 days we were doin
rehearsal for like till quite late at night & we were all veri tired even some of us nearly can't wake up the next day.. but before POP the day the night we were all happy and excited about the POP we have train..

I am happy for the drill team we have training well for the POP and i think we did well too..also that PT team and SKIT team i also think they have train and done well..and ovrall we did gd i think..

Best of all i really thankfull to all the instructors for helping and teaching me..and if not u all i will not have gotten the BEST PT AWARD TANK YOU

I also wan say that i will not forgotten u all of the 04/07 batch..

hihi it being around 1 month since i written my blog today is my first blog in 1 month..

I was in changi naval base for my BMT and the BMT was quite fun, tough and a lot more thing
and meet some of my new friends which i know them..

and i miss all my family, friends and etc

finally i got the time to come and write my blog..

Today, was a normal day for me start more wake up than when to my auntie place than after that awhile my parent say come home awhile than ok lor..

than i keep on thinking of something which i don't know hw to solve and express myself

Than night time when to my auntie house again to eat dinner lor.. wow this time collect quite alot of hong pao.. than just come back cause tml need to go my grandma house ..

haha than my father ask me when wan buy car haha i say in 1 or 2 year time i going to buy my first car haha.. so happy...

Yesterday was happy for me

Our team consist of 7 players than we join the punggol north street soccer
tournament that we emerge CHAMPION !!!!

The player are Saiful, Kamal, Hafis, Li ming, Xie En, Gilford and Me and we name ourselves as Team simei cause we are from simei ITE haha..

Than i woke up at 5.30am faster go brush up and go bath than i went to take bus 27 to changi airport haha.. saw Ms Kristy haha she was wearing the sea game the singapore shirt and i say nice than she ask me ok after finish she give me i say ok haha i was so happy haha. YES!!! I finish my first ever 42.195km marathon, athough it tired and the whole body is ache i try to finish but finally i did finish given by the time limted ..

Yesterday when to school sleep at school than morning go we take a bus together with the rest of the student..

reach there around 5am wow is so early but the place is already pack haha..

but i did managed to cross the fnishing line..

it was a good experience for me which is my first run..

OUR Basketball Team when into the semi-final the team done a great but i nvr play a all sad..

.. nvr go sch when back to montfort to see teacher .. Than after go with my ex classmate to eat lunch than went to hougang mall to eat lor.. cause friday i was helping out with the flying fox during the open house.. Than was happy that i saw someone .. Than we all help out with our teacher Mr Hameed.. Than lunch we ate mac.. Than because of less ppl we close early around 3.30pm we go change than went home..

On Saturday,
Morning my uncle come fetch around 7.15pm i was going so cdc because of my e-trail test for FTT. Than after that rush to school.. Than change already we went to help again

This is the track and field Team

3 cheer hip hip hurray, hip hip hurray, hip hip hurray

I will alway remember this Team. which was once taught by the two best teacher.. They put in the hard work to form up the team.. The team share the sweat and blood together..

This is also my sad day when two teacher leave the school.. but i will always remember them.. And i wish the, all the best. And i nearly won a medal with the 4*400 relay team.. But it ok i nvr blame a team is always a team we should not blame each other for the mistake but to help them improve on it ...

After that the team when to eat.. i hope that the teacher will stay and coach the team.. i am happy they taught me thing.. i am really thankful to all of u..

Today is a sad day for me..

morning went to changi hospital to see my leg.. Was hopeful that my leg got recover.. Than doctor tell me that gt recover.. But is Veri LITTLE i was sad after hearing it..

Than went back to school for lunch than go one period till around 3.30pm when for track training..

Than i was sad is like this is the last training with mr nadzi and the rest of the team is like veri hard to let it go.. Than after training we go shower and after that eat with all of them.. Than i was quiet cause i was upset don't koe wat say.. Is like everything happen so fast that everything is the last time we do.. And after than we talk and joke around ..

After everything finish i took a cab with andrew & mr nadzi.. Than After mr nadzi went down i andrew was sad i was sad till i had tears come out from my eyes.. I koe he was sad but he also like ask me don't so sad we still can contact him.. Than i say yea.. But There something missing but i don't koe wat it is which make me upset..

Today finally reach my event 3000m than andrew get gold medal.. my track team he first although i wan to get a medal but i am happy for him .. and kah fai get one third and fourth also nt bad .. Than finally my race reach .. Than while running my leg starting to work again WTF.. but still continue to run without caring my leg but ran finish.. than i collapse cause of the pain and not enough oxygen.. But i am angry of myself WHY get injure during the last minute.. But nvm i know i try my best and i wanting to try to get into the ivp for this last year .. but with my leg can i still go into it?

Today Wake up at 9am use computer than around 10.30am go for basketball training at newton acs today go early cause i go eat with two of my new frenz from the team.. Training start at 12.30pm after training we watch one match is nus gal team vs Chilli Peppers gal team. The match was nice but sadly nus lost although i wan them to win.. After that i and jerry we go orchard walk walk see see than talk abount why don't dare go ask her . And i hope to ask her and make frenz with her hope the next time i can haha..

than around 7.30pm go eat with my parent than use computer..

than use computer and 1st day make blog still learning haha still not yet complete

than night watch soccer..
